Services Limited
Is licensed by the MFSA as a Corporate Services Provider under Chapter 529 of the laws of Malta. Quantum Corporate Services Limited is a locally-owned law firm established in 2013. A boutique firm, offering a full range of formation, management and administration of companies, advisory in Banking and Corporate Finance, Independent Director and Company Secretary Services.

Quantum Business Services is made up of a team of qualified accountants. We provide accounting and book-keeping services tailor made to the needs of the client. Quantum Business Services assists with data recording and has the necessary expertise to ensure all statutory requirements are met. Trustees
Established in 2003 ARX provides Trust and Fiduciary Services to private clients and entities. ARX also provides Immigration Services and is accredited by Identity Malta to assist applicants wishing to acquire Maltese Citizenship the Maltese Individual Investment Programme.
ARX Trustees Limited is authorised in terms of Article 43 of The Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331) to receive property under Trusts and to act as a Trustee or Co-Trustee by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Brian commenced his career in Banking, working for two major Maltese banks, Bank of Valletta and APS Bank where he specialised in Corporate Lending. He later joined Erste Bank Malta, a subsidiary of the Erste Bank Group of Austria, where he was responsible for Trading Services and Back Office Operations of the Bank and its subsidiaries.
In 2005 he established his own firm, InterLink Corporate. Following a joint venture with another service provider that took place in 2009 the Company was restructured and later in 2013 Quantum Group was established.
Brian’s professional experience led him to provide training services for a period of time in banking and corporate finance at the Malta International Training Centre both in Malta and Overseas.
Dr. Fiott graduated in Doctor of Laws from The University of Malta in 2001. His first professional experience was with PWC where he was a Senior Associate on Tax and Legal Services. In 2009 he joined forces with well-known Tax Specialist Dr Anton Fiott to form Fiott Advocates. Eventually Fiott Advocates amalgamated with another two established lawyers to set up Fenech Farrugia Fiott Legal.
In 2014 he joined Quantum Group as a partner and director; he also acts as a consultant for other Group companies amongst which ARX Trustees Ltd. He is a member of The Chamber of Advocate and also acts as a director and board secretary on a number of companies.
Dr. Carlo Vigna obtained a Magister Juris in European and Comparative Law from The University of Malta in 2006 following his graduation as a Doctor of Laws from the same University in 1997. To broaden his professional skills Carlo also obtained a certificate in Trust Law and Administration from the Institute of Financial Service Practitioners in 2004.
Joined Quantum Group as a partner in 2013 and is also a director of ARX Trustees Limited within same group. Carlo is responsible for the Legal Department with the Group and also heads the Group’s corporate services. He is a member of the Institute of Financial Service Practitioners and also of The Chamber of Advocates. He is a director and board secretary on a number of companies.
Jeremy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a warrant granted by the Malta Accountancy Board, he is also a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Jeremy has over 10 years’ experience in the accounting industry and he became a partner in Quantum Business Services in March 2017. In his role he has managed a range of local and international clients in several industries.
Roderick obtained his ACCA Qualification in March 2014. He is a member of the Malta Accountancy Board and also the Malta Institute of Accountants. Roderick was formerly employed with a number of small firms where he obtained an abundance of knowledge providing services to client in a number of different areas and across various industries. Together with Jeremy, Roderick became a partner in Quantum Business Services in March 2017.
